Refund Policy
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on our website.
If you would like a different size, style, or color, please return the item (free of charge) and then place a new order.
Returns
Les frais de retour sont pris en charge par Bayona en France, et facturés 10 Euros en Europe.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Right of withdrawal in the European Union
In accordance with European law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date you receive your order.
At Bayona, we’ve extended this period and allow you to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
