Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

All our orders are carefully packed by hand and shipped from our warehouse in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. We process your orders the same day or the next day (excluding weekends). Delivery is handled by DPD.

For in-stock items, delivery times range from 2 to 3 business days from the date your order is shipped, with a maximum delivery time of 15 business days.

If you are not home on the day of delivery, please refer to the instructions on the delivery notice left at your address.

Mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco

Free pickup at a pickup location 

• DPD Predict delivery: €10 (including tax) 
• DPD Pickup delivery: free

Europe:

 (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal)

• DPD Classic shipping: €15 (including tax) 
• Delivery or Pickup: €10 (including tax)
