Suede calfskin should be cleaned dry: gently brush it with a soft brush to restore its velvety texture and remove dust. If a stain appears, use a suede eraser. A colorless waterproofing spray, applied before wearing the item for the first time, provides long-lasting protection for the material.

The canvas should be dry-cleaned or cleaned with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap, using a dabbing motion. Never put it in the washing machine: this would distort the structure of the espadrille. Let it air dry.

The natural braided rope sole, hand-stitched in Spain, should not be exposed to prolonged immersion: never soak your espadrilles. After a rain shower, let them air dry, away from direct heat sources.
